Dates: September 15, 22, 29, October 6, 13, 20

Skill Level: level 3 (Intermediate)
Figure out glazing in this class focused entirely on glazing techniques and practice. Students should have at least 3 bisque fired pots/ test pieces for each class (approximately 15-20 pots total) as well as some ideas or issues they’d like to focus on! We will cover as many techniques as possible including drip reduction, pouring, brushing, waxing tips, cold finishing, and more. We will not be spray glazing during this class.
Tuition includes 25 pounds of clay, bisque and glaze firings, use of our 20+ in-house glazes, and access to the studio during *Open Studio hours.
Students are responsible for cleaning all classroom tools and work areas by the end of class.
Please remove jewelry from wrists and fingers, tie back long hair, trim long fingernails and wear clothes that can get dirty.
You must be paid and registered to reserve a space in the class.
*Open Studio Hours: For enrolled adult students only. 6 hours free with registration; each additional hour $3/hr. Hours subject to change when workshops, parties, or special events are in session, or when a monitor is not available.
