One Day Workshop - Graphic Carving with Katlynn, Friday, June 13, 6-9pm

$50.00

Date: Friday, June 13, 6-9pm

Instructor: Katlynn Almansor

Skill Level: Level 3 (Intermediate)

Join us for this hands-on surface decorating workshop, where students will learn to paint and carve graphic designs into their pottery! Students MUST have at least some previous clay experience, and should bring at least one small leather hard pot with them to decorate during the workshop. Pots can be wheel thrown or handbuilt; approximately mug sized, or smaller works would be ideal for the length of this class (pieces should be trimmed, handled, “finished” leather hard pieces, other than surface decoration). It is recommended to bring a notebook and some color combinations/imagery inspiration, but not required! All other materials are provided and available in the studio.

Students are responsible for cleaning all classroom tools and work areas by the end of class.

Please remove jewelry from wrists and fingers, tie back long hair, trim long fingernails and wear clothes that can get dirty.

You must be paid and registered to reserve a space in the class.

Workshops do not include a cubby space or access to open studio hours.
